Farewell è un gruppo musicale statunitense attivo dal 1980 agli anni '90, noto per il suo sound post-punk caratterizzato da atmosfere cupe e testi introspettivi. Il gruppo ha pubblicato tre album in studio: "Isn't This Supposed to Be Fun?" (1982), "Run It Up the Flagpole" (1984) e "Poisoning The Lark" (1987). Tra i brani più rappresentativi di Farewell figurano "The World Is a Beautiful Place", "She's Got a Gun" e "I Don't Want to Be Alone".
