Stevie Ray Vaughan (1954-1990) è stato un chitarrista blues texano considerato uno dei più grandi talenti del genere nel XX secolo. Tra i suoi brani più famosi figurano "Pride and Joy", "Crossfire" e "The Sky Is Crying". Vaughan vinse numerosi premi Grammy e fu nominato membro della Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nel 1992. Purtroppo, la sua carriera fu interrotta prematuramente da un incidente aereo nel 1990 all'età di soli 35 anni.
