A Change of Pace è una rock band statunitense originaria di Peoria, in Arizona. Attiva dal 2004 circa, il gruppo si distingue per un sound pop punk energico e melodico, influenzato da artisti come Blink-182 e Green Day. La band ha partecipato a due edizioni del Warped Tour (2005 e 2006), ottenendo una certa visibilità nel circuito musicale underground. Nonostante non abbiano raggiunto la fama mainstream, A Change of Pace ha mantenuto un seguito fedele di fan grazie ai loro concerti dal vivo coinvolgenti e alla musica orecchiabile. Tra i brani più rappresentativi del gruppo si ricordano "The Way I Feel", "My Last Goodbye" e "This Is My Life".
