Hatebreed è una band americana di hardcore e metalcore proveniente da Bridgeport e New Haven, nel Connecticut. Fondata a novembre del 1994, il gruppo ha rapidamente guadagnato popolarità per la sua musica aggressiva e le performance energiche. Considerati uno dei pilastri del movimento metalcore, Hatebreed hanno influenzato numerose band successive con il loro sound potente e i testi incentrati sulla perseveranza e la resilienza. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "Destroy Everything", "I Will Be Heard" e "Perseverance". Hatebreed ha pubblicato numerosi album di successo, tra cui "Satisfaction Is the Death of Desire" (2002) e "The Rise of Brutality" (2006).
