I membri includevano Marques "Batman" Houston (nato il 4 agosto 1981), Jerome "Romeo" Jones (nato il 25 ottobre 1981) e Kelton "LDB" Kessee (nato il 2 gennaio 1981), tutti originari di Los Angeles, California, dove il gruppo si è formato. Il gruppo ha pubblicato quattro album con il nome Immature: *On Our Worst Behavior* (1992) (che includeva l'ex membro Don "Half Pint" Santos, poi sostituito da Kessee), *Playtyme Is Over* (1994), *We Got It* (1995) e *The Journey* (1997).
