(Intro)
It's the life you said you wanted
Sometimes you get what you ask for
Yea
It ain't all what it seems
And now you wake up in your dream
It's no plan B for passion dawg
Reach out and run for the heavens
Yea
(Verse)
Nightmares I will never blow
Dead comrade dreams, they will never know, not a hater
But other niggas never did concern me
I feel for they position, none of em worthy
Defeat the purpose like supermodels with herpes
Pourin double shots of respisita in a slurpy
Contemplate my wonder years, chasin her V
Know when to clip but 2 will nerve me
Hope I don't crash fore I get to be king
Bob Herly, make bread, trick it off, call it bird seed
The fast life, only kick it where the birds be
Know the game cuz I play the Kirk Herbstry
Nobody ain't said we'll never make it, don't preterd me
Just from doing me I been a rich man
Used to run the streets, now I want the sand
Chicago to Japan, palm of my hand
(Hook)
This is the life
I don't think I'm coming down
Write my name up on the ground
I think I'm gon stay around
I'm in the sky
I don't think I'm coming down
Write my name up on the ground
I think I'm gon stay around
This is the life, the life
We livin how we livin ho
The life, the life
Say how We livin how we livin ho
The life, the life
Say how We livin how we livin ho
The life, oh
This is the life
(Verse)
Somehow I went from lil nigga to a old head
Watching MJ to D Rolls at the home stead
Illusions of grandeur up in the underground
Just sippin pink bottles, now we up it underground
No inhibitions, just my inner vision
Just sippin, reservation heavy, call it chief livin
Flight reservations, food reservations
Hotel suits, this life was my delegation
Relegate you like the euro league team
Forever churning dough like it's your old machine
Steady propped up like Demi Boobs on Striptease
Lay it up in evens, so pristine
Black Kerri Wilson chugging euro whiskey
To my vision, reserving logos after the sensor
Hall blurry, hakuna matata, no worries
Live from the land of winch and it's no place
(Hook)
This is the life
I don't think I'm coming down
Write my name up on the ground
I think I'm gon stay around
I'm in the sky
I don't think I'm coming down
Write my name up on the ground
I think I'm gon stay around
This is the life, the life
We livin how we livin ho
The life, the life
Say how We livin how we livin ho
The life, the life
Say how We livin how we livin ho
The life, oh
This is the life
The life, the life
The life, the life
The life, the life
