La sua immagine scenica si basa su quella di uno spaventapasseri assassino, creando un'aura oscura e inquietante. Attivo dal 2005, Boondox ha firmato con Psychopathic Records, etichetta discografica nota per il suo genere musicale horrorcore. Le sue canzoni spesso esplorano temi come la violenza, la morte e l'oscurità, ma anche l'auto-riflessione e la lotta contro le proprie demoni.
