Back when my brother Vic had to work
And we smoke straight dro, never hurt a purp
Come five days, when henny had the Sprite verted
You ain’t trained on hoes but I went first
Regular weed was 800 a pound then
I was payin 1-50 from the Mexicans
You can read my paperwork, I ain’t gotta flex
Copped so many boxes, thought I worked for FedEx
Back when Rudy send the work and it was packed tight
Niggas and fox is spunk by the racket night
AJ on the mic got me in my zone
The same hoes but I’m still tryna take em home
23 when I see my first 100 racks
My cousin Small would say “boy, you did that”
So shout out to the niggas that raised me
Little went east molly, I be getting Louie V
(Chorus)
I wish I could take it back to how it used to be
Take it back to how it used to be
Take it back to how it used to be
Take it back to how it used to be

(Verse)
Back when everybody ate good
Now I’m spending 20 racks off in every hood
Niggas candy, they must do they time
They’ll take the stand and they testifying
Back when it was 21 a key
Well it was 21 if you was getting it from me
And I was getting it for the team, straight to the dough
Back with me and face was trappin all for college row
I used to ready my essay right off 103rd
And at 403rd I swear I moved 100 birds
Take my young niggas out and try to blow out
Fed every side of town, they ain’t even know it
But it’s all to the G though
Wish I could go back to them days though
When all the dope boys had good cocaine
And these trap hoes, Louie was gon make it rain
(Chorus)
I wish I could take it back to how it used to be
Take it back to how it used to be
Take it back to how it used to be
Take it back to how it used to be
Take it back to how it used to be
(Bridge)
Oh, if I could just press rewind
I would take it back… oh
If I had a time machine
I would take it back, I would take it back
(Chorus)
I wish I could take it back to how it used to be
Take it back to how it used to be (I would take it back)
Take it back to how it used to be (how it used to be)
Take it back to how it used to be (oh I would take it back)
Take it back to how it used to be (I would take it back)
Take it back to how it used to be (how it used to be, how it used to be)
Take it back to how it used to be
Take it back to how it used to be (how it used to be)
Take it back to how it used to be (oh oh)
