(Intro)
Yea
I live my life real simply
I don’t put nothing past nobody
If you dig a life like that you will never have no troubles
Nothing won’t surprise you
That’s real
(Verse)
I came into this word dolo
Still ridin solo like the man on the polo
And ain’t shit changed on this here earth
Cuz like Polo, everybody got the same shirt
Niggas die every day over that duroc
Niggas rob and kill to put food in they children mouths
I can look in yo eyes and see a little doubt
Well excuse me, yea that’s cool but just hear me out
So what makes you an exception?
It could be your brother or your best friend
These haters try to steal yo blessings
Folks get cutthroat when it comes to ends
Money is the root of all evil, nope
It’s the love of the money, gotta read close
When you got yo money right, don’t that do the most?
And when you’re down bad everybody get close
(Hook)
You can’t trust nobody, you can’t trust nobody
You can’t trust nobody, you can’t trust nobody
Not yo mama (yo mama), yo daddy (yo daddy)
That nigga in that Caddy
Yo brother (yo brother), yo sister (yo sister)
Your old man or your old lady
You can’t trust nobody (nobody, nobody, nobody, nobody)
You can’t trust nobody (nobody, nobody, nobody, nobody)
(Verse)
I knew a dude named Mike, he had a good girl
Never went to the club, they had a little girl
All she did was stay home, cook and clean
She had a body though like something out the magazines
Had a 4 year degree out of Florida State
A good job that said blessed on the license plates
She worked the 9 to 5 and came straight home
Til one day she went inside Mike’ phone
And seen conversations with another chick
A girl named Tiff so she got real pissed
So she packed her shit up and called her mom
She said “I’m comin home, this nigga here without a drum”
Then she did something she said she’d never do
She called Mike and said “your daughter don’t belong to you”
He thought the baby was his but it really wasn’t
And by the way, Tiff is Tiffany, his first cousin
(Bridge)
See this world is a test
All you can do is your best, not anything feel less so
When did you get wed?
See me, I’m a vet, that’s why I brought my umbrella
See this world is a test
All you can do is your best, not anything feel less so
When did you get wed?
See me, I’m a vet, that’s why I brought my umbrella
That’s why I brought my umbrella
‘Cos you can’t trust nobody
