Sam Hunt è un cantautore e musicista statunitense, nato a Cedartown, Georgia, nel 1984. Dopo aver giocato a football americano all'università, si è dedicato alla musica country, pubblicando il suo primo album in studio, *Montevallo*, nel 2014. L'album ha riscosso un grande successo commerciale, grazie a singoli come «Take Your Time», «Leave the Night On» e «Cupid». Hunt è noto per la sua voce calda e melodica, le sue canzoni romantiche e il suo stile musicale che fonde elementi di country, pop e R and B. Nel 2017 ha pubblicato il secondo album, *Southside*, con successi come «Body Like a Back Road» e «Downtown's Dead». Nel 2023 è uscito il terzo album, *Til Sunrise*.
