(Verse)
I've been putting position to fulfill my crew's need
And I don't play guitar but watch me pull a few strings
Pull a few holes then buy a couple new dames
And show my niggers first hand how to pursue dreams
We on the win streak and it's gonna be a while before my click stop
I don't grew to the money I don't pit stops
We so loud this shit summon to this ziplock
It gotta suck to know you're loyal but your bitch not
I started with nothing I was piss poor
Now it's 5 digits my cheques resemble to zip code
Bad bitches as far as these chicks go
We the reason they present everybody in this bitch know
My crib in the sticks, but I stay in these streets
It's not a game with us my nigga we playing for keeps
Mention the most greats I'm anxious to be
And I promise to make it happen just take it from me
(Hook)
What's it gonna take
For me to make my first deal
Lord with it I could reach my first meal
What's it gonna take
For them to know that I'm for real
I pray that my music something they could feel
What's it gonna take
To finally said we made it
And shit on all of the niggas that was hating
What's it gonna take
I say what's it gonna take
(Verse)
Some will do it for the love as other tend to seek fame
And some do it for a mil like the end of Meek's name
These industry niggas fake I'm not a friend of these lames
First they shun you once you buzzing and their tendencies change
I mean that's how I see things that's life nigga blow the refill
We at the bottom to the top we hope to see us
I just pray that the success don't change my whole demine
I got the money and these bitches coming to me no sapping us
I often wonder why everybody was drawn to me
Young DaVinci and TF2 is my Mona Lisa
I'm the first to hit the lab and the last to leave
Dealing with the pressure that come with making the master piece
Meet the underdog was expected to lose
Overlooking all them points that my records done prove
At first of those clothes now they letting the strove
I guess they peel my work started credit to do
(Hook)
What's it gonna take
For me to make my first deal
Lord with it I could reach my first meal
What's it gonna take
For them to know that I'm for real
I pray that my music something they could feel
What's it gonna take
To finally said we made it
And shit on all of the niggas that was hating
What's it gonna take
I say what's it gonna take
