Elvenking è una band italiana di folk/power metal formatasi nel 1997. Il gruppo si distingue per l'utilizzo di strumenti tradizionali celtici e medievali, combinati con riff heavy metal e melodie orecchiabili. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "The Pagan Manifesto", "Where the Wild Winds Blow" e "Elvenking". Nel corso della loro carriera hanno pubblicato sei album in studio, tra cui il debutto "Wyrd". L'album del 2018 "Secrets of the Magick Grimoire" ha segnato un nuovo capitolo per la band, con una sonorità più matura e complessa. Elvenking è considerata una delle realtà più importanti del panorama folk/power metal europeo.
Il comparto sonoro è uno degli elementi più importanti ma meno notati nel mondo del videogioco. Una colonna sonora azzeccata trasforma un'azione semplice in un momento indimenticabile, guida la concentrazione e crea un legame emotivo con lo schermo. Dai primi bip elettronici degli anni Settanta fino alle composizioni orchestrali contemporanee, il suono ha smesso di essere un semplice contorno per diventare un motore d'immersione fondamentale in qualsiasi software interattivo.
